You may also e-mail service@tigerstop.com with the TWO serial numbers of your machine. You will find one serial number on your Powerhead and the other on your Measuring Bar.  Please give us a brief description of the issue. We will respond within one business day after receipt of your email.

If you leave a message, please be sure to leave your serial numbers and a brief description of your issue. Also be sure to leave a phone number where you are readily available.
